• There is always a possibility that anyone could be a victim of crime.

• There are certain precautions that everyone should take.

• Post the telephone numbers of various emergency agencies in a prominent place.

• Work with my roommates to develop various emergency plans such as code works, etc. in case of emergency.

• Keep doors and windows locked and shut at all times.

• Immediately advise the owner if any outside lights burn out or become otherwise inoperable.

• Do not admit any strangers inside the unit for whatever reason.

• Be careful and refrain from leaving valuables in readily accessible places.

• Share all of this information with any lease signatory or other residing individual who does not sign this agreement.
